What should we bring for food and drink?

Keep it simple. Platters, grazing boards, and good wine travel better than plated meals. The boat and the setting will do the heavy lifting. You don't need to compete with that.

Make a playlist beforehand, nothing kills momentum like someone spending 20 minutes scrolling for a song. Aim for something that flows across four hours without needing constant adjusting.

Who should we tell about the itinerary?

Tell your guests the departure time, the location (Marina Mirage, 74 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach), what to wear (sun protection, something you don't mind getting wet), and that there's a swim stop so bring swimmers if they want to get in the water.
