  • The Horizon Cat is BYO food and beverages. We have large eskies, fridges, and freezers on board to keep your food fresh and beverages cold. There is also a BBQ with all the necessary utensils for cooking.

    We encourage you to bring your drinks pre-chilled, along with some extra bags of ice.

    Additionally, there are cafés on-site at the marina that offer catering packages that can be booked in advance. They provide a great range of platters and plates that are boat-friendly and have been very popular with our guests.

  • Yes! We have some great beach-stop destinations around Wave Break Island and South Stradbroke. We can pull up on the beach, allowing you to swim, paddleboard, or lounge on the lily mat in protected, clean, and safe waters.

  • Yes. Horizon Cat is a modern, stable catamaran with safety gear and life jackets for all ages. Shaded seating, restrooms, and calm routes make it comfortable for families and mixed groups.

  • Pick-up and drop-off take place at Marina Mirage - Arm C, Berth 12 (C12), 74 Seaworld Drive, Main Beach

  • Cruise times are customisable and will be prearranged with your booking. Our private charters have a minimum duration of three hours.

    The Horizon Cruises Catamaran will be ready 15 minutes before departure to ensure a smooth start to your cruise.

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before the charter:
    For cancellations made more than 14 days before your scheduled charter, we will provide a full refund.

    Cancellations within 14 days of the charter:
    Due to the preparations involved and the potential loss of booking opportunities, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled charter.

    Please note that this cancellation policy is part of our terms and conditions. By booking a charter with us, you agree to this policy. We recommend that clients obtain appropriate travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may lead to a cancellation.

    In the event that Horizon Cat Cruises must cancel a charter due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
