[Simple Catering Kitchen](https://simplecateringkitchen.com.au) is run by Nicole Scott out of Nerang. She took over the catering arm of Simple Coffee House in Southport back in 2018 and helped grow it into a standalone kitchen in 2024. Her team prepares everything fresh, presents it well, and delivers it ready to go.
They already cater for Telstra, TAFE Queensland, and a bunch of Gold Coast event venues. Now they're looking after our guests too.
What's on offer
Grazing platters. Charcuterie, cheese, dips, fresh fruit, crackers. The kind of spread that looks good and disappears fast.
Party packages. Pre-set packs built for celebrations, including kids' options.
Build your own. Sliders, tacos, skewers, pastries, savouries. Pick what suits your group and they'll put it together.
Sweets. Freshly baked from their own recipes. Good way to finish the day.
Everything gets delivered to Marina Mirage before your cruise. Packaged, presented, ready when you board.

She's easy to deal with. You order online, pick your delivery time, and it turns up. No quoting back and forth, no complicated menus. For someone organising a cruise on top of everything else, that's the bit that matters.
